On 7th May 2025, something long-awaited quietly arrived — the official confirmation of TriMaati - Pure Plucks as a registered LLP.

Our PAN and TAN numbers are now in hand, and all our Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) are officially recorded. It may sound like paperwork to most, but for us, it’s a moment that marks the shift from an idea to an institution. The soil we dreamed of working on is now legally ours to grow with — together, as partners, as planners, and as people grounded in purpose.

The next steps are already mapped —

GST registration and our Import-Export License are on the horizon. These will be essential as we prepare to scale — not just in India, but globally — sharing our produce, our fabrics, and our philosophy with a wider audience.

But fieldwork doesn’t always follow paperwork.

Due to ongoing tensions in the region and the early arrival of monsoon patterns, our physical groundwork is currently on hold. The land is wet. The timing is delicate. And safety comes first. But that doesn’t mean we’ve paused the dream — only the digging.

Behind the scenes, the plan for our first mushroom cultivation batch is already laid out — structure, materials, process, partners. We’re simply waiting for the earth to settle and the sky to open.

Because TriMaati isn’t about rushing. It’s about rhythm.

It’s about letting nature lead — not just in farming, but in decision-making.

We’ve planted the legal roots. The foundation is strong.
